Once an order is shipped we cannot make any adjustments.
Methods and Transit Times
Our products are made per order, so please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed before shipping. It may take longer for Holidays. Our domestic and international shipping options include
- USPS FIRST GROUND ADVANTAGE / 1-5 Business days
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL / 1-3 Business days
(International orders may take 6-12 days)
Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of all items in an order.
We allow free domestic shipping on orders that are $50.00 or more. Free shipping will utilize USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on the contents of the order.
Returns
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on most items. All sales are final once an order has been processed. If you receive the wrong item, or if any items are damaged during shipping you can contact us within one week of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Proof must be provided that shows that the order contains the wrong item or if a product was damaged during shipping.
